After completing her Bachelor of Physical Education at the University of British Columbia in 1993, Taryn wanted to continue to  explore her intense interest in body mechanics and injury prevention, helping people to reach their full health potential.

Taryn Pickering as been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1995 after graduation from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver.

Gillian Hughes R.M.T.

Gillian as been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1994 after graduation from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydro Therapy  in Toronto.

Gillan owned an operated a clinic in Steveston BC for many years before deciding to work in her hometown of Tsawwassen.

Taryn and Gillan use massage therapy techniques such as Myofascial release, Swedish massage, Trigger Point therapy, sports injury massage, pregnancy massage as well as providing specific deep tissue therapeutic treatments.
